After moving to Brisbane when I was 19 I took an interest in Remedial Massage and found Q Academy where I completed my Diploma.

I began with the idea of working with sports teams seeing massage as a first step into clinical care. As I trained and worked in the field I realized how much depth there is, the variety of techniques and ways massage can genuinely support the body.

I found another interest after my partner underwent radiation treatment for a brain tumour. That experience showed me how powerful massage can be for people facing serious health challenges, and it clarified the path I wanted to take. I went on to complete a certificate in Oncology Massage down in Christchurch.

What drives me now is purpose and responsibility — supporting people through difficult times, focusing on rehabilitation, and seeing real improvements in their comfort, movement, and wellbeing.
