Clinical/Remedial Massage

Initially, there will be an assessment where various tests will take place to figure out how to help you best. A personalised treatment will be designed to help ease pain, release muscle tension, and restore movement. Techniques may include deep tissue release, stretching, cupping, taping, and myofascial work.
Stretching and strengthening advice may be given to support rehabilitation and progress from home. Clinical massage can help with issues like back or neck tension, sports injuries, and postural imbalances.
Oncology Massage

This massage service is designed for cancer patients and carers at any stage of their cancer journey. It supports comfort, relaxation, and overall well-being while maintaining a safe, professional approach.
Massage during cancer using a very gentle approach in which patient comfort and relaxation is our top priority. We are essentially massaging the nervous system to help ease the cancer and cancer-treatment symptoms.
